Mark your Calendar now for Saturday September 12th when the best German band in Wisconsin takes the stage at 1pm. Sample the best German food, enter the German contests, and of course drink the best German beer!! The night continues when the ever popular Daze2Night takes the stage at 4:30-7:30. All proceeds go to the improvement of our current playground!! Get your Germanfest outfits ready to party!! Prost!!!
Come and enjoy the Dorf Kapelle experience at the downtown Iron Mountain annual Oktoberfest. This is our second year in this location, and it is guaranteed to be a good time. We will be at the Downtown stage, 219 E Hughitt St, Iron Mountain MI.
German Fasching, also known as Karneval or Fastnacht, is a traditional pre-Lenten celebration. Fasching is meant to be joyful, humorous, and a chance to celebrate before the quieter Lenten season begins. It combines old European traditions with modern entertainment and community spirit.
Come celebrate this tradition with German food, bier, music by Dorf Kapelle, and plenty of Gemutlichkeit!
